Becoming a Kaivari Expert

Every coach and resource partner in Kaivari goes through a structured review process before becoming a member. Our goal is to build a trusted network of experts who genuinely understand and serve the design industry. There is no cost to apply. Membership is only offered after the review process is complete and we determine there is a strong mutual fit.

Submit your Coach Application

Complete a detailed application that helps us understand your background, expertise, services, and the types of design professionals you support.

Share Client Feedback

We will work with you to provide feedback from a small number of your past clients to better understand your communication style, strengths, and the experience you create.

Onboarding Call

During a one-on-one conversation, we'll discuss your business, your program and services, and how to best send ideal clients to you.

Receive Your Membership Invitation

If approved, you'll receive an invitation to join Kaivari, select the membership level that aligns with your goals, and begin connecting with the community.
